Maker’s 46 is crafted using seared French oak to build rich layers of flavor, bringing to life the vision of Bill Samuels, Jr. This distinctive bourbon begins with fully matured, cask-strength Maker’s Mark®, then undergoes a unique finishing process. Ten seared French oak staves are inserted into the barrel, where the whisky continues to mature under ideal conditions in a limestone cellar.
The result is a smooth, approachable bourbon with layered notes of caramel, vanilla, and warm baking spices that unfold beautifully on the palate.
