Dom Perignon Rosé is crafted to highlight the vibrant red expression of Pinot Noir, pushing beyond the house’s traditional boundaries. Through its carefully composed blend, it creates a dynamic tension between the bold red fruit character and the signature elegance of Dom Pérignon—an intentional and intriguing paradox.
On the nose, exotic notes of guava and curry leaf give way to more classic aromas of citrus zest and very ripe stone fruit, accented by hints of cocoa and toasted spice. The palate is rich and vinous, with an initial depth that expands into a powerful, structured presence.
The finish is exceptionally long, marked by touches of licorice and a backdrop of juicy, slightly bitter blood orange.
